Nathan Beadsmoore brings extensive experience leading engineering operations both onshore and offshore, combining practical project management with hands-on technical expertise.

Prior to joining SB Engineering, Nathan Beadsmoore spent more than a decade working within the marine and offshore industries, operating commercial workboats and managing complex projects in demanding environments around the world. His experience includes offshore construction support, hydrographic survey operations and marine logistics, where maintaining safety, efficiency and operational performance was critical.

His experience includes leading large-scale marine logistics operations in politically high-risk regions, including the successful delivery of 14,000 metric tonnes of materials through a hostile operational environment. The project required detailed planning, coordination of multiple assets and strict safety management, resulting in successful completion with no damage to assets and no casualties.

Since transitioning into land-based engineering, Nathan has led engineering teams delivering renewable energy, infrastructure and specialist industrial projects. His work has included managing large-scale solar developments, supporting engineering innovation, improving operational efficiency and developing practical solutions to complex technical challenges.

Nathan has also played a leading role in the development of innovative engineering technologies, including prototype offshore support vessels and specialist safety equipment that has since influenced wider industry practice.

Since becoming Operations Director of SB Engineering, he has focused on strengthening operational processes, maintaining an excellent safety culture and supporting the continued growth of the business.

His practical leadership style combines engineering knowledge with operational experience, allowing projects to be delivered safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
